Return & Refund Policy – L'NOORAYA

At L'NOORAYA, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and customer satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • A wrong item has been delivered

Returns or refunds will not be accepted based on personal preferences such as dislike of fragrance.


2. Return Request Window

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be considered


3. Product Condition

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be completely unused

  • Must be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Should be in the same condition as delivered

Used, opened, or tampered products will be strictly rejected.


4. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing photos and/or video clearly showing the issue

Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the request.


5. Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted through the official website

  • Once approved, L'NOORAYA will arrange reverse pickup

  • Customers must ensure the product is ready for pickup


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping will be borne by L'NOORAYA only for approved claims


7. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days


8. Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI (details to be provided by the customer)


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

  • If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded


10. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We will not accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product has been used or opened

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • Return request is raised after 7 days

  • Required proof is not provided

  • The return request is not approved


11. Refund Delays

While refunds are processed within the stated timeframe, actual credit may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

L'NOORAYA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.


12. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Returns are allowed for COD orders, subject to all conditions above

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI only


13. Final Decision

L'NOORAYA reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after evaluating the claim and product condition.
